Myofascial Release (aka ball rolling) is a safe and effective technique that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion. Trauma, inflammation and/or surgical procedures create certain restrictions that can promote shortening or lengthening of certain muscles and fascia (sticky tissue). Ball rolling is wonderful for those who have scar tissue, tight or sore muscles and who are in need of improving flexibility, strength and movement. You learn how to work with the clinical balls to alleviate any mentioned symptoms.
